Delete your data

You can remove Nuvyi’s access and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Disconnect Instagram

In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Nuvyi, and select Remove. This stops our access straight away.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email the email people should write to with the subject “Delete my Nuvyi data” from the email you signed up with, and include your Instagram handle.

We confirm your request within 3 working days and delete your profile, Instagram data and waitlist details within 30 days. We send you a confirmation when it is done.

What we have to keep

If you were paid for a campaign, we keep the payment and billing records that tax and accounting law requires, and nothing more.
