These terms cover the Nuvyi website and waitlist during our early-access period. Full terms for brands and for people will be shared before you take part in a campaign.

Early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place, a campaign or earnings. We may contact you to onboard you, or close the waitlist at any time.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. Brands must have the right to advertise what they promote.

Campaign posts

Every campaign post must use Instagram’s Paid partnership label and follow Instagram’s rules and Lebanese law. Earnings are based only on views verified with Instagram data; views from fake accounts, bought engagement or other manipulation are not paid and can lead to removal.

Your content

You keep ownership of your account and your posts. Nothing is published without your approval.

Liability

The website is provided as it is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
